3 onions, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp. of ginger

1 tsp. of powdered garam masala

2 Tbsp. of powdered red chili

1 ½ Tbsp. of powdered coriander

1 tsp. of powdered turmeric

Dash of salt

1 ½ cup of ghee
